This waiver is used as part of the Hop to the Beat Lindy Hop Competition 2002 registration process. Each person will be asked to complete and sign a separate copy at check-in on the day of the competition. If under 18 years waiver must be signed by parent or guardian. IMPORTANT: Submitting an on-line registration does not hold a spot until payment is received for each person!

I hereby release and hold harmless Hop to the Beat Dance Studio (HTTB), its directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, causes of action, suits or liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of, or in connection with, any loss, personal injury, death, or other damage that I may incur or suffer by reason or as a result of my enrollment or participation in the Hop to the Beat Lindy Hop Competition 2002. I understand that HTTB may record my participation in this competition on video or by photograph. I grant HTTB unlimited use of any such recordings with no obligation to me. Such recordings are the sole property of HTTB. I have read the competition rules and waiver in their entirety, understand them, and agree to comply with their contents. For those under 18, waiver must be signed by parent or guardian.
